Ways to Get Involved

Our annual Fall Auction, “Let’s Tailgate!”, is just around the corner—and we’d love for you to be part of it! This special evening is all about fun, food, and fellowship, while raising important funds that directly support Holy Cross students, staff, and programs.

There are many ways you can help make this event a success:

1. Donate an Item

We’re looking for auction items of all kinds—big or small! Themed baskets, gift cards, services, or experiences all make a big impact. Not sure what to donate? We’re happy to share ideas and suggestions.

2. Donate Your Time

If you can’t give an item, consider giving your time. We’re looking for volunteers to help with event planning and preparation. If you're interested in helping please contact Chelsey Dawson at 620-474-0737 or holycrosscatholicschool.auction@gmail.com.

We’ll also soon share a volunteer sign-up link with opportunities to help before, during, or after the event. From setup and decorations to check-in and clean-up, every helping hand makes a difference!

3. Become a Sponsor

Show your support in a big way by becoming an auction sponsor. Sponsorships not only help us reach our fundraising goals but also give your family or business recognition in event materials and during the auction. 4. Attend the Event

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 25 at 6:00 p.m. and join us for an evening of tailgating, laughter, and giving back. Whether it’s your first auction or your tenth, you’re guaranteed a fun, casual night in great company. Be sure to invite friends and family—everyone is welcome!
